Full-Time Tipper Driving Role Supporting Construction and Aggregates Projects
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced LGV Class 2 Tipper Driver to support the safe and efficient movement of aggregates, soil and construction materials across our project sites and customer locations.
In practice, the role involves:
Working closely with site teams and transport planners to ensure timely deliveries
Maintaining high standards of vehicle care, compliance and safety
Operating in line with driver hours regulations and site procedures
This is a hands-on role suited to drivers who are confident working in live construction environments and who take pride in delivering work safely and professionally.

This role is well suited to LGV Class 2 tipper drivers who are comfortable working in active construction environments and want to be part of a professional, well-organised transport operation.
You’re likely a good fit if you:
Want more than just a driving job and are open to progression into HIAB or Low Loader roles
We’re looking for someone reliable, safety-minded and team-focused who wants stable, long-term work with a company that looks after its drivers.
If that sounds like you, send us your CV.

We’re a family-run transport and lifting company with a strong reputation across Fareham, Hampshire and the South Coast. While we deliver complex lifting and machinery projects, our tipper drivers play a vital role in supporting construction, aggregates and infrastructure work every day.
We operate a modern, well-maintained fleet and believe in looking after our drivers properly. That means stable Monday to Friday work, clear communication from the transport team, and a practical approach to getting the job done safely and professionally.
Our drivers value the consistency of work, the supportive, no-nonsense team environment, and the opportunity to progress into HIAB and Low Loader roles as their experience grows.
We take pride in how we operate. Preparation, safety and communication matter to us, and we support the people who deliver the work on the ground.
