Transport Planner

I joined the team last year and I’m really enjoying the job. My role involves planning all the daily vehicle routes, liaising with customers, taking bookings, maintaining communication between site, driver and office, and ensuring that communication is open and fluent at all times.

I enjoy the challenge of juggling each element to ensure a great service for the customer, fixing any issues along the way! I love how varied the role is - no two days are the same and there’s always a project I can be getting on with, whether it’s introducing a new way of doing things, or something as simple as a stock take! Stuart and Sarah are always open to new ideas and open to changing the way things are done.

The people here are great to work with and there’s a real team mentality. You’re well looked after and Sarah and Stuart are really caring and understanding and have a genuine interest in their staff.
