I assisted Stuart with the admin side of the business for the first four years, and then came on board full time in July 2016. I worked an estate agent prior to Stuart starting the business, but I was ready for a new challenge!
Starting the business is the best thing we ever did! They say if you do something you love, you’ll never work a day in your life and it’s true! I love the fact that I get to liaise with such a wide variety of people and that no two days are ever the same. Stuart and I work well together, the yin and yang.
Whilst there are also some challenges to the role, such as rising costs and occasionally the need to guide people towards the right solutions for their projects, we prioritise safety and customer service above all else - we’re professional, reliable and responsible on every job.
