A R Banks announces move to new premises

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve moved to our new premises! We’re now based on Deer Park Farm Industrial Estate, Knowle Lane, Fair Oak, SO50 7PZ.

Our new location is ideally situated for easy access to Southampton, Winchester and Portsmouth as it’s close to both the M27 and M3.

The new site comprises a large office, with a yard and storage warehouse opposite. This is an upgrade on our previous premises as it gives us more space and the added benefit of being able to offer indoor warehouse storage.

The warehouse offers 370 sq m of storage space, providing the ideal solution for customers whose goods we will be transporting onwards on their behalf. This includes items such as generators, chillers, pallets and so on.

The security at the new site is fantastic too; the yard and warehouse is located on a gated compound, which is manned between 6am and 6pm for complete security. Outside of these hours, the gates are code-protected, ensuring peace of mind around the clock.

The new premises offer more potential for growth, and this is something the A R Banks team will be pursuing in 2026.

Storage
Our secure 370 sq m facility offers extensive loading capabilities. We specialise in storing large items like generators, HVAC chillers and marine equipment, which are often stored with us pending onward transport when required. We support operational projects requiring secure storage and the rapid, short-notice delivery of critical components.
